mySt.Clair is St. Clair College’s Staff, Faculty, and Student portal. It brings together many of the colleges existing online services into a central location, making it easier to find and access college resources you need most here at the college.

You can find mySt.Clair by visiting my.stclaircollege.ca or you by selecting the icon mySt.Clair located on the main college website.

You will be required to use your St. Clair ONE username and password to log into mySt.Clair. Your initial password to this account would have been emailed to your personal/home email address. If you do not have your initial password, please see FAQ: How do I reset my password if I forget it?

Go to my.stclaircollege.ca and select Reset Password.

Currently, mySt.Clair is compatible with IE 11, Edge, Firefox, Chrome, and Safari.

Yes, mySt.Clair is accessible from any internet-connected device.

No, there is not a mobile app for the portal. However, the mySt.Clair portal is mobile friendly and should function correctly if you are using a compatible browser on your mobile device. For a list of compatible browsers, see FAQ: What browsers are compatible with mySt.Clair.

This error message appears if you are using the Safari browser on an Apple device (ex: Mac/iPhone/iPad) to access SIS (ex: Grades, Transcript, Timetable, etc.) through the myStclair portal. To workaround this issue, close the tab that displayed the error message and re-click the tile you selected earlier.

IT is working on resolving this issue. In the meantime, we recommend you use either Chrome or Firefox on your Apple device as those browsers seem to be more compatible with the myStClair portal.
